ANDAS Data Analyzer

The AmoyDx^® NGS Data Analysis System (ANDAS) consists of a local workstation and a pre-installed, CE/IVD classified NGS analysis software. The workstation is based on a Dell PowerEdge server, which can either be directly connected to an Illumina sequencer or integrated into an existing local network. Data analysis with the ANDAS analysis software is performed via a user-friendly, browser-based interface. The software contains specific modules for the analysis of the various AmoyDx^® NGS panels, in which several databases for designating and evaluating variants are integrated. An internet connection of the server is not necessary, as the databases are updated by regular upgrades of the modules. This means that your sequence data can be analyzed quickly, easily and reliably. The results can be exported in the form of an Excel list which, in addition to the quality parameters of the sequencing data, also contains the classification of variants and links to the corresponding sequence databases (e.g. COSMIC, ClinVar). The BAM/BAI- and VCF-files can also be exported into IGV for the evaluation of individual variants.
