AmoyDx® HANDLE Insight NGS Panel

The AmoyDx® HANDLE Insight NGS Panel enables the analysis of SNVs and InDels in 10 genes associated with gynecological tumors: BRCA1, BRCA2, CTNNB1, EPCAM, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, POLE, and TP53. In addition, the MSI status can be determined in DNA from FFPE tissue, and CNVs in BRCA1/2 can be detected in DNA from whole blood samples.

The new AmoyDx® HANDLE Insight NGS Panel focuses on the classification of endometrial tumors by determining the mutation status of POLE and TP53 as well as the MSI status in DNA from FFPE tissue. Furthermore, germline mutations in genes associated with hereditary tumor syndromes can be analyzed in DNA from whole blood samples.

Thanks to the straightforward and flexible HANDLE protocol, NGS libraries can be produced in just 5 steps within 5 hours. Data evaluation is performed locally using the proven AmoyDx® NGS Data Analysis System (ANDAS).
