NGS tertiary analysis with Molecular Health

In the constantly evolving field of precision oncology, the timely and accurate interpretation of NGS data is of great importance for informed clinical decisions.

The MH Guide software from Molecular Health GmbH is a web-based, IVDR-certified software that supports the evaluation of genetic data and treatment decisions for molecular pathologists, diagnostic laboratories, and oncologists. It uses data from the Dataome knowledge database developed by Molecular Health, which brings together continuously updated and verified information from recognized literature sources, genome studies, and reference databases. MH Guide is next-generation sequencing (NGS) panel agnostic and can process data from established NGS providers.

We would like to inform you that the majority of the NGS panels from our partner company AmoyDx^® are compatible with the MH Guide platform.

For this purpose, the variants identified in the secondary analysis using the AmoyDx^® NGS Data Analysis System (ANDAS) are loaded into the Molecular Health Interpretation platform. The MH Guide software performs a tertiary analysis for clinical evaluation of the results and generates a customizable report.

Please note that the use of a non-CE/IVD labeled reagent in diagnostics results in an LDT. This must be validated by the user in order to meet the regulatory requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/746 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDR).

Combining the analytical power of AmoyDx^® NGS panels with MH Guide's evidence-based tertiary analysis gives users expanded access to curated, up-to-date clinical information - including the generation of a customized report for each sample analyzed.
